Inner tube: 100% virgin Daikin AP-231SH UHP PFA, SEMI F-57 and C-90 approved. Outer tube: clear FEP so a leak in the inner tube is visually detectable without disassembly. Named for semiconductor and pharmaceutical critical chemical delivery.
Made exclusively from high molecular weight, high-purity resin. Resistant even to fluorosurfactants known to attack lower PFA grades, lowest permeation and smoothest surface finish in the line. Named applications: semiconductor, chemical process, gas analyzing, emissions monitoring, pharmaceutical.
200 FEP: 400°F service, outstanding clarity and UV transmission for sight-glass and UV-purification service. 350 THV: a distinct fluoropolymer chemistry chosen for UV transmission combined with flexibility.
500: 100% virgin Kynar 740 homopolymer, NSF 61 and NSF 372 certified, extremely low extractables — called out for ultrapure water systems. 550 Flex: Kynar Flex, explicitly ozone-resistant, named for semiconductor and water purification.
