What LibertyCES's vendor documentation shows

The double-seal detail is the real engineering content: the 1500 Series seals twice — at the top of the valve AND the top of the bonnet — which is what makes a cryogenic extension trustworthy rather than just longer. The L-port diverter and Vee-ported control configurations mean one cryogenic body covers isolation, diversion and throttling. 9500's customizable bonnet lengths including subterranean box installations is the install-side flexibility to lead with on an LNG terminal page.

Install / Failure Note

The 1500 Series' cryogenic bonnet is sealed twice — at the top of the valve AND the top of the bonnet — a real double-seal design specifically because a single-seal cryogenic bonnet is where LNG or liquid-oxygen service valves typically leak as the bonnet thermal-cycles.

AVCO doesn't build a bespoke cryogenic valve for LNG service — it extends the same 1100/9100 platform with a doubly-sealed bonnet, which matters for spares planning across a liquefaction train: the ball, seats, and body are the same parts a standard-service valve already uses.

Every material and product claim on this page traces to real, vendor-published documentation on file with LibertyCES. Chemical compatibility depends on exact concentration, temperature, and duty cycle — confirm current specifications with the manufacturer and request a spec review before final specification.
