Product Families

What LibertyCES specifies from Grundfos

CR / CRN Inline Multistage Pumps
CR, CRE, CRN, CRNE, CRNE-HS

Vertical multistage centrifugal pumps up to 1,770 gpm and 580 psi. CRN's fully AISI 316 stainless construction is the more corrosion-resistant tier vs. CR/CRI's AISI 304.

Digital & Mechanical Dosing Pumps
DDA, DDE, DME, DMH, DMX

Digital diaphragm pumps trade pressure for flow (up to 248 gal/hr); mechanical diaphragm pumps trade flow for precision (DMH up to 2,901 psi at 1.11 gal/hr).

DID Measurement & Control
DID-1, DID-3 (BF1/BF3/BT4/TI1)

Modular sensor flowcell — customer picks up to 3 parameters from conductivity, free/total chlorine, ORP, and pH.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Grundfos CR and CRN pump lines?

CRN is fully AISI 316 stainless steel — the more corrosion-resistant tier — while CR uses a cast iron head/base with AISI 304 stainless for other wetted parts. Both reach up to 1,770 gpm and 580 psi in the North America configuration.

What is the difference between Grundfos digital and mechanical dosing pumps?

Digital pumps (DDA/DDE/DME) use an internal brushless motor with SMART electronic control, reaching up to 248 gal/hr but capped around 145-233 psi. Mechanical pumps (DMH/DMX) use an external motor for much higher pressure — DMH reaches 2,901 psi — but far lower flow, down to 1.11 gal/hr on DMH.

What parameters can a Grundfos DID sensor monitor?

Up to 3 parameters per unit, selected from conductivity (20-500,000 µS/cm), free chlorine (0-2 ppm), total chlorine (0-2 ppm), ORP (-2000 to +2000 mV), and pH (0-14), with an integrated flow switch.
