Direct answer
LibertyCES publishes three datasets compiled from manufacturer documentation: a 1,278-model equipment catalog, 52 storage tank product lines, and 984 Graco part numbers. Each is free to download, lists its fields, and says how to cite it. The engineering rules are on data.libertyces.com.
