Key Requirements

• Written authorization must be obtained before returning items.
• Returns are valid for 30 days from approval.
• A 30% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

Ineligible Items

Custom orders and specially manufactured items are non-refundable. Opened or used products may not be accepted unless defective.

Return Process

Contact our support team at (559) 395-5500 or [email protected] with your order number. Once RMA approval is received, items can be shipped back.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item arrives. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

Additional Costs

Customers prepay all freight charges. Legal fees may be added if collection requires attorney involvement.
