SoloTech Single-Roller Peristaltic Hose Pump

How does the SoloTech work? Its single roller produces 360-degree hose compression with only one compression per revolution. The process fluid stays inside the selected hose and barb fittings rather than contacting the casing or roller.

360-Degree Hose Compression

The single-roller design compresses the hose through the full pumping cycle, rather than the multiple partial compressions a multi-roller pump applies.

02 / Isolate

Fluid Isolated in the Hose

The hose and selected barb fittings form the entire wetted path. The casing and roller stay isolated from the process fluid — no dynamic process shaft seal, no check valves.

03 / Reduce

One Compression Per Revolution

Only one compression per revolution reduces cyclic hose stress, which is the source of SoloTech's longer hose life vs. conventional multi-roller peristaltic designs.

What touches the process fluid on a SoloTech pump?

Only the hose and the selected barb fittings. The casing and roller are isolated from the process fluid — there is no dynamic process shaft seal and no check valves.

Does a certification like ATEX or FDA apply to the whole pump?

Not automatically.
